Meet Kristen Heffron

Kristen joined Village Realty HM in 2007 where she served as director of rental properties. She grew Village Realty’s rental listings by nearly 400% in the first two years after which she shifted her focus to real estate sales in the commercial and residential markets. Kristen proudly became co-owner and broker of Village Realty HM in 2013. She, along with Doreen, has grown this agency to be among the top 10 agencies in sales in the Greater Boston area multiple years in a row.

Kristen has represented the sale of properties from Boston to Cape Cod which has resulted in a deep fund of knowledge of these real estate markets. Her expertise resides in the sale of multi-family properties as well as multi-million dollar commercial properties in downtown Boston and its suburbs. She has established proficiency in the assessment of the fair market value of both commercial and residential properties. Having participated repeatedly in the purchase, complete renovation, and resale of distressed properties, Kristen has acted as an expert consultant for Flipping and Redevelopment projects.
